About one-on-one sessions

One-on-one sessions are personalized to support your unique goals. Whether you have questions about Niagara College, pathway planning, college applications, or OSAP, we are here to provide guidance and support every step of the way on your post-secondary journey.

  • One-on-one sessions take place online or in-person (your choice) and will take place with Sherilyn Brown or Brittney Greenlees.
  • Virtual sessions are 20-30 minutes in length, and in-person sessions run 30-60 minutes in length. These sessions will allow you to have all your questions answered.
  • Sherilyn or Brittney will reach out to you to connect via the meeting platform that you select Zoom or In-person, should you prefer a phone call please indicate this in registration.
  • If your session is online (Zoom) you must have a functioning microphone and headset/speakers. A webcam is suggested but not required. A meeting link will be sent to you via email.

About Sherilyn

Sherilyn Brown-Aiello, Student Recruitment Projects Supervisor at Niagara College is a past student of Brock University’s Goodman School of Business Marketing MBA program and Niagara College’s Bachelors of Administration-International Commerce and Global Development Program. Sherilyn joins our team with years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, and recruitment along with an extensive voluntary background including the Jamaican youth Red Cross as the Vice President.

Sherilyn specializes in marketing and recruitment strategies, specifically those centered around closing the academic gap among the various student groups by removing the socioeconomic barriers through access and inclusion. A strong believer in the popular phrase “An education is a passport to the future”, Sherilyn has worked diligently and closely with students to ensure success through proper transitional techniques from secondary to tertiary education or workforce preparation through apprenticeships along with outreach and retention efforts.
